In spite of a range that extends from Guatemala to Brazil, Hercules beetles are very difficult to locate. A large Hercules is among the most prized of all beetles.

The wing covers (elytra) of Hercules beetles vary from uniform black to dusty brown to spotted green. The frontal horn and thorax always remain glossy black.

A limited number of these beetles measuring about 5" and up is available.
