Known as the Forest Queen, this beautiful butterfly comes from a
very small genus of only six members: Euxanthe. They are found in
forested areas of eastern Africa near the coast where sunlight is
still plentiful.

These two species that share the same range in Central African Republic are a perfect compliment to each other visually.
