Recent research into the DNA of the family trees of some species of winged walkingsticks indicates that at one point they lost the ability to fly and then 50 million years later, they re-evolved it.

While this particular species does not use their wings for flight, perhaps they are somewhere on the continuum of the evolutionary process.

Understated and minimalist, walkingsticks are perfect in any design environment.
